Welcome to our website. We hope that you find what you are looking for and that we can help you with whatever problems you are having.
We provide counselling for schools, counselling for individuals and couples, clinical & non managerial supervision and Accredited EFT training.
We are based in West Wirral and we provide counselling, supervision & training to people here, across England and around the world using on line platforms such as Zoom,Skype, Facetime and Whatsapp.
We have over 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples, schools and organisations to work through their problems and go on to lead happier, healthier, more satisfying and successful lives. Both of us specialise in working with young people aged 11-25 and provide student counselling services in a number of schools in Liverpool, Wirral and Ellesmere Port. We both offer counselling and EFT therapy to 11-25 year olds and adults from our office in Meols.
We can help with a wide range of problems including: relationships, anxiety (social, exam, general, school, phobias), stress, anger, trauma, depression, work issues, bereavement, self esteem and confidence.
It is our aim to create a safe space where you feel understood for you to talk about the things that are important to you. It is our hope that if you feel heard and empowered you will be encouraged to work through your problems and where you want to make changes in your life, then we will help you to do this.
